About Your Initial Appointment
The focus of the initial appointment is for you and the attorney to outline the nature of the legal issue, possible ways to resolve the issue, allow the attorney to decide if the firm can handle the case, allow the client to decide if they want to hire the firm, and if so, outline the nature and scope of the representation. In order for the client and attorney to get the most out of the initial meeting (and subsequent representation), it is vitally important that we have the correct information available during the meeting.
