Katherine Hingtgen ("Kate") serves our clients as an Estate Planning Paralegal. She assists the firm's attorneys in document preparation and with client communications. Kate grew up in Sarasota though moved to Arkansas after being awarded a competitive debate scholarship. Her pursuits eventually led her to a Masters degree in Communication from Arkansas State University and then on to Law School at the University of Arkansas. Following her post-graduate work, Kate accepted an associate attorney position in Little Rock, Arkansas with the Law Firm of Kutak Rock, LLP where she focused on Complex Litigation and Appellate Law.
Kate moved back to Florida in 2013 to be closer to her family and joined Boyer and Boyer, P.A. the same year. Kate is working through her requirements to obtain a Florida Bar License. Kate's Legal and Communications background make her a tremendous asset to the firm and clients.
